Starting tomorrow, class will be on Tuesdays at 7:15 am EST on Zoom. These sessions are free!
I’m going to keep this schedule for at least the summer, and potentially longer depending on how it goes. Maybe this new day is better for your schedule?! I would love to see some new faces in the Zoom.
Our session runs for roughly 1 hour, and occasionally 75 minutes. We will do some Yoga Sangraha, and end with pranayama and meditation. Bring a mat or soft surface to practice on.
